Steve Jaeger, Vice President of Information Systems & Infrastructure.
Steve is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of QuadSystems and is charged with the ultimate goal of delivering powerful software solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs. Using the resources and expertise at his disposal as Vice President of Information Systems & Infrastructure for Quad/Graphics — namely 260 corporate Information Systems professionals, including software engineers, Web designers, technical writers and Reference Line experts — Steve directs efforts to develop and support QuadSystems applications. Steve has been in his current Quad/Graphics role since 1998. During this time, he has guided the development of the electronic systems used internally and externally to help the printer and its clients streamline their workflows. Prior to joining Quad/Graphics, Steve worked as a Systems Integration Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Stuart Mason, Manager of Sales & Business Development
As Manager of Sales & Business Development, Stuart is responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for QuadSystems’ products, along with customer relations, software licensing, maintenance and professional service agreements. Having joined Quad/Graphics’ Information Systems group in 1993, Stuart has a background developing software for the printer, and uses his knowledge of its production environment and its clients’ workflows to help refine QuadSystems’ software solutions. While at Quad/Graphics, Stuart was active on several Smartool initiatives, including the development of a budgetary estimating tool for customers and a new automated billing system for the printer. Stuart has a degree in journalism and geography from Carroll College and has attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mike Fox, Software Development Manager
As Software Development Manager, Mike supervises the technical development of QuadSystems' applications. He capitalizes on 10 years of experience with Quad/Graphics, a tenure in which he served as Software Development Manager of Imaging, designing and implementing tools and automation for the company's Imaging Operations. Among his accomplishments: developing an image-tracking program that helps integrate and streamline the printer's prepress workflows. Mike joined Quad/Graphics in 1998 and has worked on several development teams during his career.

Dennis Davidson, Product Manager
Mr. Davidson joined the QuadSystems team as a Technical Account Manager. A 23-year veteran of the publishing industry who began his career with Murdoch's Newsgroup Publications Mr. Davidson has extensive experience with several of QuadSystems' applications as he led the implementation team as the Group Production Director/Systems Development at Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing. In this role, Dennis participated in the first Digital Insertion Order demonstration and was the U.S. representative for Bertelsmann's International Advertising Systems Task Force. Prior to G+J, he was Director of Print Operations for Individual Investor Group. Individual Investor magazine was the first publication to utilize "Dynamic Entry" for postal distribution Dennis has been A frequent speaker on workflow improvements and software solutions for both the IdeAlliance and the MPA.

Megan Gibson, Sales Representative
Megan Gibson joined QuadSystems after a career in publishing that has included positions at Inc Magazine, Guideposts Magazine, Fitness Magazine and Parents Magazine. Megan started her career in the Production department at Inc., where she handled advertising material and specifications, in addition to assisting with the magazine layout. In 2000, Megan moved on to Guideposts Magazine, as the Advertising Production Coordinator, where she was responsible for the magazine layout, in addition to trafficking advertisements and pricing out special gimmicks and inserts. Megan was hired by Gruner & Jahr Publishing in 2001 to be the Production Manager of Fitness Magazine, where she was responsible for book size, layout, production schedules, print orders and manufacturing instructions. During her four year tenure at G&J, Megan was also Production Manager of Inc. Magazine and Parents Magazine.
